Most sellers want 2 things: 1. to sell quickly and 2. to get you the money you deserve for your property. I surveyed buyers and agents and found the little things that make a big difference and I worke with an interior decorator and photographer, at no extra charge to you to create a beautiful presentation of your property. This will attract buyers and motivate them to act quickly. For property owners who do not want to sell, my goal is to create an action plan for you to make a sustainable income from your property. I divided my own property into 5 separate entities, with approximately 10 ways to make money. You can choose to pay a one time fee for assessment or a monthly fee for property management. If I manage your property, you don’t have to do anything but collect your income each month. I’ll manage the clients and the calendar. For buyers, I curate a list of properties that are most likely to meet your goals. Then together we preview each digitally to select your top 3. Then I take 30 minutes to 1 hour to carefully go through the property room by room. You can join me or just view the photos and video I send to you with my notes. The goal is to fully inform you of the property and save you time in the shopping process. If I notice any red flags or areas of concern you can make a more informed decision and this will help when negotiating a price with the seller, and save money on inspections.
